I'm on a really tight deadline, so much time is spent on the computer or taking some walks or drives to get the mind circulating. During some of the breaks, I've managed to buy some cool Halloween treats for the season. I'm hoping to get some pumpkins and caramel apples this weekend for a jaunt to the apple orchard with Tigerlily. I think husband will be watching football--grateful for the peace. :) If he's lucky I'll pick out one for him. :)
And... I am looking forward to the upcoming book signings--will be in Columbus next Tuesday--Oct. 6th. Please check out my site for details. :)

I've just spoken to my webhost and they are now on the whole clean-up situation. They said it should be fixed sometime next week. Then, Tigerlily will delete some of the old and we'll be ready for the new. (CLEAN, CLEAN only!)

It's time for the Second Annual Vampire Kisses Halloween Contest. :)
Rules are simple. Dress like any character from Vampire Kisses or Blood Relatives for Halloween. Take a picture. Send it to ellenschreiber@mac.com with the subject, "Halloween Contest."
Tigerlily--my best friend and forum moderator--and I will each pick a winner. It's that simple. Prizes will be an autographed copy of Blood Relatives Volume 3 or Royal Blood. Winning pictures will be posted on the blog.
Deadline is November 2nd, as I know it take a few days to get pictures downloaded and such. At least it does for me. :)

WOW!!! I just received this cover copy for VAMPIREVILLE that is coming out next month in Italy and wanted to share it with you before it hits the stores there.
To keep you informed... my webhost is downloading an antispam thingie. Once it is installed, then Tigerlilly will go through the remaining forum topics and delete as needed. We want the environment to be very clean and user friendly!
